Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Soundporium Music Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 regular business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 4PM Eastern Standard Time will be received on the following business day. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and should be expected during the COVID-19 pandemic. But please know that we do our best to deliver your orders in less than 7 days. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Soundporium Music Store/ Soundporium LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and Canada.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of being received.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Soundporium Music Store/Soundporium LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Soundporium Music Store/Soundporium LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We encourage You to insure your Goods in case of damaged or loss during shipping. For your convenience we have partnered with Route LLC -Package protection, and You will have the option to add purchase insurance and add to your shipping at checkout for a very convenient price. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside North America.
